  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

  • What happens if a package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?

    If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have yet to receive it, the fulfillment provider I use for manufacturing & shipping of items unfortunately will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. I am not able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers.

    There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the specified address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Each item is manufactured on-demand which may take up to 5 business days depending on the supplier's stock availability. Once shipped, orders may take up to two full weeks for delivery due to COVID related issues, but that time has been slowly coming down. International shipping expect anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks.

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
